Current Project – St Clements Hospital, Bow

Proda Interiors Ltd are very proud to have been appointed in to carry out the Drylining works at the former St Clements Hospital in Bow. This unique project will see the transformation of this historic heritage site into a fantastic new neighbourhood for East London creating over 200 quality homes.

We have successfully completed Phase 1 of the development which involved the design and installation of SFS (metsec) external walls and all internal drylining works (party walls, internal walls, risers, suspended ceilings, plastering, tape & Jointing).

Our hard work and commitment was recognised and we are honoured to have received the Subcontractor of the Year 2016 award by Linden Homes.

Moving on to Phase 2 of the project, will see the Historic Grade II listed buildings refurbished and created into exciting space for community amenities and extensive range of beautiful individual apartments. Combination of preserving the existing pitch roofs supported with timber and metal work, as well as integrating new elements with different type of walls and ceilings, displaying the existing features of the building.

Once completed the development will provide 252 units for private buyers, affordable accommodation owned by Peabody, as well as 25 units going to house the local community represented by East London Community Trust.

By adding retail, private gardens, public access and high quality open spaces, St. Clements is set to become an exciting new neighbourhood, a real community in the heart of Bow.
