HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY STATEMENT


It is Proda Interiors Limited Board’s intention to ensure that all work activities are carried out in accordance with this Policy and all relevant statutory provisions. This H&S Policy sets out Proda Interiors Limited organisation and procedures for managing health and safety throughout its Trading companies and operations.

  • The Board has nominated Mr Aleksandar Prodanichin as having particular responsibility for Health, Safety and Welfare for Proda Interiors Limited.
  • Proda Interiors Limited will provide all practicable measures, including equipment, information, instruction, training and supervision for employees and contractors, to ensure that their work activities do not put at risk, themselves, their colleagues, occupiers of premises, contractors, visitors or members of the public.
  • To provide Health and Safety Assistance, as required under current legislation, the services of an external H&S Consultant will be utilised when necessary.
  • Where additional training of employees is identified all necessary resources will be provided by Proda Interiors. All sub-contract workers will be required to demonstrate proof of their training and competence prior to their appointment by Proda Interiors Limited. Proda Interiors will require all Consultants and Contractors to demonstrate proof of their competence and their employee’s health and safety training prior to their appointment.
  • The contents of the policy will be reviewed annually using the assistance of an external consultant where necessary.
  • Proda Interiors Limited’s policy is that all employees will be consulted on aspects of their work activities that impact upon health, safety and welfare. This policy will be brought to the attention of all Company employees by the Managing Director of the company.
